At Aletheia & Phos, we pride ourselves on delivering beautiful, premium, handcrafted jewellery.
We are happy to offer a credit note (excluding postage fees) on all orders should you change your mind within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
Our credit notes are issued in the form of a gift card and are valid for 12 months.
PLEASE NOTE: This excludes all earrings and all SALE items.
To arrange a return, please contact our Customer Care team via email.
We do not accept returns when;
- Items are not returned in their original, brand new condition
- Items are not returned in the Aletheia & Phos gift box
- Items are returned outside the specified timeframe
- A return includes earrings due to hygienic reasons
- A return includes items purchased during a sale period
Should any of the above occur once a return is received, Aletheia & Phos will not accept the delivery and will contact the customer to arrange a return at the customers expense. A $25 USD shipping fee will be charged to return your item.
All returns are at the expense of the customer and the responsibility of the customer until the return is successfully received.
Aletheia & Phos are not liable for returned items that are lost or damaged. These will be treated as a non-return.
I PURCHASED AN ITEM FROM A STOCKIST, HOW DO I RETURN IT?
Any purchase made through an Aletheia & Phos stockist must be returned to the original point of purchase.
Aletheia & Phos do not issue refunds for a change of mind or incorrect purchase.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
All Aletheia & Phos jewellery is checked thoroughly throughout the production process and by our Customer Care team prior to shipping, however, on the rare occasion a manufacturing fault may be found.
All Aletheia & Phos items come with a six-month warranty which covers manufacturing faults, defined as such after assessment by our Customer Care team.
If you receive a faulty item, we will replace the original piece if it was purchased within 6 months.
Faults incurred after this date are considered a result of general wear and tear or mishandling and therefore are not covered by warranty.
To notify us of the fault, please contact our Customer Care team.
